In late May, the SNI was invited to a “TecJuniors by SATW” workshop at the Landquart Children’s Lab. The children first explored various aspects of the nanoworld through experiments they conducted themselves. 

Dr. Kerstin Beyer-Hans then gave a presentation on nanoscience and nanotechnology. The highlight followed immediately: The children presented their experiments to the approximately 60 adults and explained what they had just learned themselves. A new concept for the SNI team — and a complete success!
