Today is International Women's Day!

We are proud to have strong women in our network. An excellent example is Sonja Schmid, who joined the University of Basel as a Professor of Physical Chemistry at the beginning of 2024. She talks about her research on the dynamics of individual molecules, her fascination with research on the nanoscale, and her career - that has started here in Basel with the nanoscience study program.
