MINT on the move
During two days, the SNI's outreach team was on the train to talk, tinker and experiment with anyone who wanted to.
On the Treno Gottardo of the Schweizer Südostbahn (SOB), we had a diverse program available in the family compartment. From a microscope with which various specimens could be viewed, to handicrafts with UV-sensitive beads and corresponding experiments, to experiments with various light sources and the creation of wooden spinning tops, there was something for everyone.
Many thanks to the team of the Swiss Southeast Railway, which made this exchange possible for us, and thanks to all who asked, tinkered and eagerly researched.
