International Day of Women and Girls in Science

February 11 is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

To mark the occasion, we have published a new video in the series "Who are the women in the nanosciences". Rahel Kaiser talks about her research at the Department of Physics at the University of Basel. As part of her doctoral thesis at the SNI PhD School, she is researching the magnetism of the two-dimensional material molybdenum disulfide. Rahel's work builds on the interdisciplinary nanoscience degree she completed at the University of Basel.

Further examples of women in the nanosciences who research and teach in the SNI network.
