The Nano Imaging Lab (NI Lab) has various scanning electron microscopes (SEM), transmission electron microscopes (TEM), and atomic force microscopes (AFM). It is also equipped with focused ion beam technology and confocal microscopes and can perform various spectroscopic analyses.

Contact us with your question or submit your sample and the NI Lab team will take care of the entire process, right through to the finished image. If you wish to use the NI Lab’s services on a regular basis, our experts can teach you to use the equipment yourself. The NI Lab also introduces students to the devices during block courses, project work, and master’s theses, teaching them the practical applications of the various forms of microscopy.
